Children Under 13

The Site is intended for children to view while under the supervision of their parent or caregiver. It is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 without the guidance of someone who has reached the age of majority in their country.

We do not use cookies on the site. If you are interacting with the site or watching the videos, no cookies will be used. Our site uses Fathom for analytics, and their technology does not use cookies. Videos are hosted on Vimeo and embedded as privacy-friendly (without cookies).

Protecting Children’s Privacy

Yeah Everything is committed to children’s privacy.

Yeah Everything does not permit children under the age of 16 (a “Child” or “Children”) to provide Personal Information including their name or email address without the express consent and at the direction of a parent or legal guardian. Please contact us at hello@yeaheverything.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 16 without parental consent so that we may delete the information as soon as possible.

We are committed to protecting the Personal Information of children under the age of 13 consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”)

Our decision to have a no cookie policy (see above), including our decision to use Fathom for analytics and Vimeo for video hosting, is consistent with our commitment to protecting children online.
